When I first started with my anxiety my pulse was always up even while going to sleep. Now i'm finding, 8 months later, that there is little i can do sometimes to get my pulse up. When i'm really anxious my pulse is still 50-60 whereas before it was 80-100. I have had an xray done and ecg and eveyrthing is find... so what could be the reasoning behind this... also i'm always tired.... could my body just be naturally sedating itself or adjusting to the circumstances of living with chronic anxiety?

Best advice ever ...don't check your pulse!!
I know it's hard...but it won't change anything to check it...it will only make you worry more!
