Slow OS response

How is all the Nokia phones OS speed these days?
I remember back in the days when all Nokia phones are still using mono color screen, the OS are fast, responsive, and user friendly.
But ever since they start making those color LCD screen phone, their OS haven't been able to keep up. The OS are slow. Have to press the keys couple times to get things done. Sometimes the phone even not responsding to any key.
Do they still have this problem?
 
Compared to most of the motorola and sanyo phones I have seen this phone is just as quick loading folders and apps. I own a nokia 6102 that has all the goodies, and I only have to press the button once. I configured all my shortcuts and with the press of a button they load with no problems. I am satisfied.
