Bought a package (about 2lbs) of beef cheek on a whim this afternoon, and I'd like to cook it for dinner tomorrow. I know it's a particularly tough cut of meat, so I figured I'd throw it in a crock-pot and let it cook for several hours before dinner. I actually don't have much experience with slow-cooking, though, so I was wondering if y'all had some tips/recipes you'd like to share. I have a pretty extensive kitchen as far as ingredients go, so I'm up for anything. Looking to use up a bunch of potatoes in particular. Thanks in advance!
