I'm planning on dusting off the old slow cooker tomorrow and throwing in some chicken breasts, mushrooms and leeks. Does anyone have any ideas on what sort of sauce to put in? I have read various recipes involving mushroom soup, cream cheese, white wine or chicken stock but i still cant decide. Has anyone got any ideas for something really delicious?
