Slider Remix speaker not working right

ok so this just happened to me today. i went to answer a call on my slider remix and i couldn't hear the person. i didn't have it on speaker and i wasn't using an ear piece. just the regular way when you answer a phone. and i couldn't hear the person at all. they said they could hear me though. it's been doing this every couple of calls or so and it's pissing me off. i brought it down to cricket today and the ***** there told me they could replace it for $45 since it's still under warranty until the end of next month. but since i recently sold my razr and had to re-activate this one she said i would have to activate my razr again and she could only give me a new razr. what bullsh*t, right? :mad: so i don't know what to do! can anyone please please help! thank u so much in advance! :D
 
Almost everybody that I know that has this phone has that same problem with it.That is bull.Why wont they just give you a new slider remix?I see that youre get-n the Nokia 6265i for christmas,I own this phone and youre gonna love it.It is so amazin.I have to wait until christmas to get the music pack. :doh: .I know that was totally off topic but I hope that u solve this problem.
 
i am so pissed about this right now. :doh: i can't wait to get the 6265i. i can't believe that i haven't even had this phone a year and this is happening. i've never dropped the phone, gotten it wet. nothing! i always take really good care of my phones. i went down to another cricket store today and the guy told me that i couldn't do anything and that since i switched back to my remix again the warranty was void on the remix now. what bullsh*t! i said can u at least repair it? and he said no i would have to buy a new phone. i said easy for you to f*cking say! and i walked out. i'm so sick of cricket's bullsh*t. since the service is in my mom's name still since i got it when i was 16 i'm going to have her go down and give them an ear full and maybe they will do something this time. :hehehe: if i would've know this phone was gonna do this i would've never bothered in the first place to get it.
 
U could have had it put in your name at 16.I know some teenagers that have them in their name.Maybe then you couldnt do it but you can now.
 
i was wondering if i took apart the phone do u think that something inside it might be loose and fixable? thanks in advance
