Hi everyone!

I sleep about 8 hours and above almost everyday and when I wake up I usually exercise about an hour and a half, lifting weights and jogging 4.5km. Right after that , I would eat, bath and usually get tired and feel like taking a nap but I don't because I think it feels wrong to nap when I already have adequate sleep before this. This tired feeling can sometimes affect my studies and work. Is it okay to dose off or is it bad?

Sleeping 8 hours and then going back to nap 5 or 6 hours after you woke up feels wrong.

I just noticed a sleep section and I am so sorry for posting in wrongly if so because I am a new meraber.

Sleeping for 8 hours is normal. I think the problem in your exercises. Maybe it's too much for you. Or you should change the time for your exercises.

i sleep less than 8 hours..huhuhuhuhuhuhu..i don't have choice then..but when I have my day off, I usually sleep for 9-12hours :)

I workout just like you, 1 1/2 hrs on weights and then about 30 min on cardio. When I was tired like that I had my blood drawn and found that I had a vitamin b 12 deficiency, when I started taking the b 12 I was much more awake.

I am getting very frustrated now. Even when you tell me that it's too much for me on my exercising schedule, when I am off from an exercise like this, I tend to get tired too and might sleep another hour in the evening. Everytime when I am studying! Could this be because of the hot weather I am having back at my country that is making me tired! It's always a nice time to sleep when I don't want too.
