Are you allowed to take sleeping medication and/or anxiety medication while you're in the military? I've been sleeping really sh*tty for the past two weeks or so. My doctor recommended sleeping medication or an anti-anxiety medication, but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to take these things because I'm in the military. I'm in the National Guard and will be participating in ROTC next year because I'm still in college. I also have a part time job. She said all of these things combined may be the source of my crappy sleep/stress. Who can I talk to to get something to help me?
