when I go to sleep, its at 2:30 but when I was asleep, I woke up for a few minutes like usual, then went back to bed, and then had a few long dreams, then I woke up expecting it would be bright out, but it was only 3:00. I know it doesn't seem odd, but I just had another question on here that explained it all. I usually go to bed at 2:30 / 3:00 every night, wake up a few times, then go back to bed, but when I wake up, I can usually tell if it's been a long or short sleep, so I went to bed last night around 2:30, woke up a few times, then had a long sleep, with some dreams, (with all the waking up it had to of been about an hour or more) then I woke up the last time, and looked at the clock, it was only 3:00, and I know it couldn't of been. If you could have read my last question on it, you would have got this better. I've had anxiety lately and the night before I had a hypoglycemic attack, im not sure if that can cause that, ive also been taking meds that mess with my breathing, im not sure if they mess with my sleep. This isn't just when someone loses track of time normally, this was when I knew it would be way later then 3.
