Sleek, stylish all-in-one phone (Camera, day-to-day planner, MP3) [Cingular]

I'm switching back to Cingular in a couple weeks after my contract with T-Mobile is over. I was looking for a phone that can basically eliminate my need to carry a variety of items (camera, mp3 player, phone, etc..). I was looking for a sleek, stylish phone that has (ordered from most important to least important):

-A good camera (The 2mp camera on the 810i looks pretty decent, the better the camera that sweeter it would be, and obviously I know it can never beat a stand-alone digi cam, but if it gets close that would be nice )

-Day-to-day planner, I have too many things to do and I can't seem to remember them all and my current paper/pencil planner doesn't help at all so this is pretty important.

-MP3 player, I have a MP3 player but it would be nice to carry a gig or two of my most favorite songs at all times.

So thanks for any suggestions in advance...
 
Not sure what mean by "day-to-day planner" ? I know the W810i has a calendar that you can sync with your computer at least (I dunno what you can do in Windows but I sync mine with iCal in OS X). You can view month, week, day.

Camera: the W810i does have the 2.0MP camera which isn't bad at all. Something like the K790 would be a little better (from the samples I've seen online) but I guess Cingular doesn't offer that one. You didn't say if you were considering an unlocked/unbranded phone though.

MP3 player: one of the SE Walkman series like the W810i or W300 would probably be good, the Walkman software works pretty well and can be minimized with the press of a button. Pop in a flash card however big you need and you're set.
 
Oh by day-to-day i mean like it would list anything I have to do that day (on the desktop or something) but also allow me to keep track of stuff on a calendar (like the blackberry pearl).. i dont know if thats standard or not. Oh and yea im considering unbranded unlocked phones as long as they work with Cingular. Also i really like the K800 and the K810 they seem to do it all.. but seeing as I still have a few weeks we'll see, also what about the N75 I cant seem to find too much info on it.
 
I have a better definition of what i need:

A good PIM, like the one on the Nokia E65 has that displays events that are occuring on that day on the home screen.

Is this available only on S60 phones or is there some SE phone that has this and a good camera? (or any brand for that matter? I just picked SE because I heard they were good solid phones with good cameras).
 
SE's phones like W810i can be syncrhonized with Outlook and have the same calendar event (also contacts, notes and tasks) and reminders set (go off even if phone is off). However, W810i doesn't show the event on the home screen, not sure about P990i.
 
Yea, i've been checking that out but it seems buggy and i've been told its quite big and only 2mp camera... any reviews or is there a good thread i should check out here?
