ok so i txt my neice to stop hanging out with this one girl who has been getting her in trouble.. well quote unquote i said " you need to stop hanging out with that lil whore".. well needless to say " that lil whore" had my neices phone at the time and txt me back cursing and so forth.. so was it slander by telling her that she needs to leave my neice alone and that she was a slut and to stop hanging out with her before she ruins my neices life? just wondering... is there anything legal that can be held against me? the girl is 15 by the way.. im 20.. i know it was childish of me.. but i was heated at the moment..
slander? jail time? defamation of character?
