Had this happen to me a long time ago... Turns out it was broken, took the doctors a few reviews of the x-rays to be able to spot the fracture, i went 2 weeks before they gave me a splint and I never knew it was broke. Go get x-rays if possible since you may not know if it got a small fracture or not. Keep ice on it for now.
