sl45 - v56 - New 128 card HELP PLEASE

Hi all,

My phone version is 19, I wish to format a 128. I need assistance and instructions on where I can get v56. ??
How to load it???
What precautions I need to take.

And aslo I need a lot of you to pray while I do all this

Use a data-cable, connect it @ COM1 to your PC and your mobile.
Load FW 56 (HERE) Turn off phone, uncheck all boxes, press Start, press Red Button, Enjoy.
