My friend's Sl45 always auto shut off after plugging charge about 10 minutes. What's the problem, hardware or software problem? Who can explain the reason or resolution?

Easy to find out if it's a software problem. Use ANY software for your SL it doesn't matter if it's SL42 or SL45 software And unlock the phone with freia. If the error occours again it might be a hardware problem
