I've seen that pic before and I'm afraid to say that if I remember correctly it is actually the startup screen from a special version of iSkoot, or it might have been the '3' version of Skype that is only available on 3. Either way, I'm pretty sure that it is not a generic Skype client that is soon to be available, sorry! (By the way iSkoot works fine on my N80ie, calling Skype contacts)

It doesn't look like it is from your blog. On the screenshot on your blog the dataconnection is inactive but on the picture in this thread a connection is being started or ended.
Shame on me, as pinksteady says, Im afraid is a modified Iskoot version. I found the program yesterday (Skype_1_1_0_signed.sisx) and I was a overexcited with that splash screen, thats why I posted the screeenshot. It seems that having a Skype client its so important for a lot of people that my ego couldnt resist the temptation of posting...

That's not true skype. It requires that you must install thei s/w on your desktop and both phone and pc must be on for it to work.
