Skin Trouble..?

Heyy, I am an Indian and people here fancy light skin. My ksin tone is dark and my skin is startin to have some light patches of a darker shade on the forehead. My skin is also starting to become dull. I dont have pimples or acen problems but I want a ligher skin and glowy too.. Please help!!! Its an emergency.
 
do you remember to moisture your skin? and if you drink lots of water it really helps too
