Ever since I started my new job, my skin has been acting up! It's terrible. For some reason, ANY day I'm up early in the morning, my skin gets oily during the day. It won't happen if I get to sleep til 9am or later. I'm definitely not a morning person anyway, but don't have a choice! It gets oilier and now I'm breaking out more. I get several large pimples deep in the skin... the kind that changing hormones can cause! I use products for acne that have always worked for me. The only thing I stopped using (that I WILL pick up more of this week- seems like maybe this is part of the problem) is Neutrogena's Acne Stress Control scrub. Do you think this acne may be because of stress? I use oil absorbing sheets during the day now (which I haven't needed in years) so my skin's oil problem is taken care of. I also work out often but haven't really noticed a difference if I wear makeup or not. I usually remove my face makeup anyway so it won't melt off with sweat. I also use oil free products. Any tips?

So helpful tips because I have very oily skin and have seen specialist for it.

1. Make sure you are using a entire product line- cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and sunscreen. This helps keep oil productions down.

2. If you choose to open you acne (pop the zip) do it between the cleanser and toner. The toner will help close the pore so that no more dirt can get into it. It pore will dry out quicker and less likely to leave a scar.

3. If you change your excercise and sweat more you will break out for a little while because you body is cleansing itself. Don't over wash your face because of this. You will clear up.

4. Water, water, water!! Drink lots of it. This will help with toxins in the body and help your skin be firmer and cleaner.

Try all this and give it a week or two you will see a difference. Also drying out your face can cause more oil production!
