Sketch graph using first and sec. derivatives. Help.?

The function is F(x)= Square root of X2+X -X (-X is not under square root).

Anyways, I am having a little trouble finding the first derivative because the answer I got does not seem to actually work out. If someone could go over the first derivative and second derivative and show how you get it and show when they equal zero that would be great. Thanks.

Also, I can figure out the graph after anyone helps me with the derivatives, so you do not have to bother drawing out a graph on here. Thanks guys.
