Sitcoms to Films.

IMO around 90% of them were weak and did not work on the big screen, many suffered from re-using scripts from their TV series and cast changes.

However I do like these movies
Till Death Do Us Part
Steptoe & Son Ride Again
The 3 On The Buses films

Not many of them made the jump successfully. But I quite like most of them.
May favs are:

Porridge
Steptoe and Son
Steptoe and Son Ride Again
Are You Being Served?
The 3 On The Buses Films
Till Death Do Us Part
Bless This house

The trouble with most of them was that in order to extend a 30 minute plot into a 90 minute movie they took the characters out of the very environment that made the tv versions work.

So they often went on holiday or to some other location rather than spending 90 minutes where they normally did.

However - the On The Buses films didnt resort to that until the third film

They're very hit and miss. But I do regard these as classics -
Steptoe & Son
Steptoe & Son Ride Again
Porridge
Til Death Do Us Part

I can live without seeing the rest again. I'm a masisve fan of Rising Damp and I was appalled by the film. Didn't help seeing Beckinsale's space taken by that awful chap from Only When I Laugh. As for Are You Being Served? - it's just dire.
Steptoe & Son Rides Again would have to be my favourite of all - I just love the story with the greyhound, and the scene where Harold is holding the mannequins head up to the window shouting "I want my body!" is one of the funniest thing's I've seen, period!
I also don't understand why Porridge gets such a bad press. I find it funnier in parts than the series, particularly the scene where the warden is asking what famous celebrities are going to visit the prison - "Isn't that fella coming, what's his name? Jimmy Tarbrush?" "That's BUCK Sir" "Yes, that's the fella, Buck Tarbrush" LMFAO! :D
