Sitcom stars voicing cartoon villains

James Avery's work on the original TMNT preceded Fresh Prince by a couple of years. Just so everyone knows.

On point:

Ed Asner not only was Roland Daggett, but was also on the 90s Spider-Man series (forget who he played).

Speaking of forgetting, how about Patricia Heaton (late of Back To You) as the Lunch Lady on Danny Phantom? I'm surprised no one thought of that.
 
Ed Asner was also the voice of Granny Goodness on 'Superman: TAS' & 'JLU'

Other sitcom stars voicing antagonistic characters are:

John Larroquette who voiced the Mirror Master in 'The Batman'

Rene Auberjonois voiced several 'JLU' cartoon villains such as: Desaad, Kanjar-Ro, and 'S:TAS' Steppenwolf
 
Well Ricardo Montalban also did Gas Baron Vartkes in an episode of Buzz Lightyear of Star Command (and Vartkes was a Definite villain), complete with "Khan" like Qualities.

and then if you want a real Villainess who was on a sitcom, look no further than Nicole Sullivan (aka Shego from Kim Possible) from Mad TV...

In addition to the Joker, Mark Hammill also voiced Skeleton King on Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go.

Also on SRMTHFG, Gyrus Krinkle was voiced by Jeffrey Combs.
 
I was thinking Gilbert Gottfried as Iago in Aladdin, but he was only a villain in the original. He became good in Return of Jafar, was there for the series and had the rainforest bird Thundra fall in love with him, and left with Al's father Cassim in the King of Thieves in search of treasure.
