Well....this sucks.

They'll still probably put up the last episode on Hulu, right?

There aren't nine. Fox ordered only five, as if they planned to cancel it from the beginning. (Hmm....)

They ordered 13 episodes. Only five will air in the spring.

They did the same with Family Guy and American Dad in their spring debuts, only airing a small number of the initial ordered episodes. I believe that the Cleveland Show would have only aired a handful of eps if it'd been aired on time, too.

I thought the show was improving, but now we'll never know unless AS picks the show up. Hopefully 'Sit Down, Shut Up' failing will encourage Fox to cancel their plans to revive The Pitts in animated form.

I wouldn't say so. If people were actually watching it in the first place they wouldn't have moved in to 7pm. And although the show has it's moments I'm not surprised no one stuck around for it. IMHO it really wasn't all that good.

Huh? Thirteen were ordered, and FOX only aired five because there were only five weeks left in the season after it premiered. When thirteen episodes of an animated series are ordered, those thirteen get made and produced, usually no matter what...
