SIP over EDGE is quite crappy, but I can still send command lines to the asterisk server Im connected to.
I realized that I can dial TWO numbers (let's say my cellphone and someone else) and then I can join those two calls together, hence the voice quality is over normal GSM voice and not EDGE.
However, to dial myself first manually and then manually doing a transfer can be tedious. I wonder if there is a SIP command I can use to dial myself and the other person and join those two calls, all in one line?
