Is there an operation, which can cure smelly sinusitis?

Irrigating sinuses with "salt & soda water" will cleanse and deoderize the sinuses.
Mixture is 1 cup boiling water
1/2 teaspoon plain salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Stir to dissolve.
Strain thru clean paper coffee filter.
Put into clean nasal spray bottles or similar.
COOL
To use, lie on back on bed with head hanging off.
Squirt a few squirts of solution in each nostril.
Turn head side to side to let solution get in areas.
Say KKKK while getting up, keeps solution from going down throat.
Blow gently as needed.
If allergy is the cause, taking Zyrtec and Mucinex will help reduce mucous.

Do you suffer from chronic sinusitis? I had an operation last year, which caused me to develop chronic sinusitis. I have been using neimed, but it doesnt help a lot. There is a continuous bad odour coming from my nose, it is embarrasing. I have lost all my confidence and I am suffering from depression and anxiety. Is there no way to get rid of it totally, will it take me to my grave?
