Has anyone taking sinulair along with Flovent for allergies and asthma noticed they are more susceptible to respiratory viruses?

Was on both for about 2 months one time and had no problems. Have been on Flovent about 15 years and no problems like that.

I've been on Singulair for a while, but never Flovent. I have actually noticed a large decrease in sinus infections and upper respiratory infections since starting it (among other preventive measures) because it is also meant to help with nasal allergies.

my girls friend had athma.
The week end often she wanted to stay at home .
Often staying in the couch.
I help her to get out of this couch, we enjoyed some parties, bought a vehicule, a motorbike, so we could move easily in the city.
She met in this parties two frienRAB from her school,
We met oftem with this two girls and one of my colleague every week in fact ,
and this asthma crisis seriously reduces, even stopped.
We did so during years. This week end parties.

I want to share that with you.

I don't know about Singulair but my daughter has been on Asthmanex for several years and Advair before that and her respiratory infections get out of control some years. She had her tonsils removed 3 years ago after being on antibiotics 10X in 4 months. That helped a bit but we are now weaning her off Asthmanex to see if it doesn't stop some of the constant infections that she has. Her asthma luckily is very controlled and hopefully just the occasional use of an inhaler will be enough. Good luck with your search for a useful medicine and don't discount what you experience personally.
