it doesn't matter if its ok or not you as an individual will be the only one who can judge that. ( hoping you do not force your self to when your not ready) and you are only ready when you are sertian your ready!

I think it's just wrong for someone under 16 to be even thinking of getting laid? Just too young. :/
Plus when losing it young they usually regret it, and if you were to tell someone you just met that you lost your virginity at a young age, they'd probably get the wrong impression.
