Single Parents are not allowed to enlist in the US Military, period. Except for the Army National Guard, waiver approvals are very, very, very rare, and most recruiters won't even submit one. In the "old days," some recruits would try to get around this restriction by giving up legal custody of their child(ren) until after basic training and job school, but the military has wised up to this practice.

You can join the reserves or NG if you have a valid family care plan.

I saw my recruiter and he said i can join if i give away custody of my daughter , but i can get it back later on.
how long until i can get custody back of her? i heard it was like three years?

and also , if i give costody of my daughter away to , lets say my mom , would i still be able to get free daycare on the arsenal for my daughter?
