My voice has been breaking or a while. Recently, i have been given a solo with a group of singers of the song somebody to love by queen. When i sang through it i lacked confodence and also did not produce the pop/ rock sound i was aiming for. When i sang i sounded more like a choral singer. This is probably due to my several years experience as a choral singer, is there any way i can change my voice to appeal to the certain song genre?
