I've noticed that my pulmonary capacity has increased thanks to various singing exercises, lately, however, the most basic of breathing exercises has made my throat feel a bit weird.
Breathing in deeply and then exhaling in the form of an "s" trying to keep a constant flow of air; I can now maintain the air flow steadier than before and it kind of makes my throat feel weird. Is this a good or a bad signal, or am I simply paying too much attention to how the flow of air feels inside my throat?
