Since there is a global financial crisis, do you think Gibson guitars will be cheaper?

I plan on buying a Gibson Les Paul soon and considering the global money problems, do you think they will sell them cheaper?

No, Les Paul's are a premium guitar. Gibson's not dumb, they'd release "inexpensive" instruments before they started dropping the price on their legacy lines.
