Since intelligence is based off head size, aren't men intellectually superior to women?

Recently Scientific American published an article stating that the old idea of intelligence being based off head size, is in fact, true. The article contained information that proved that larger heads are capable of using a greater percent of the brain, then people with smaller heads. It also stated and proved that the old thought of humans only using 10 percent of their brain, is wrong. Based on a study of fifty thousand people, (half male, half female,) the average female uses 15 percent of her brain. The average male uses 19 percent.

These numbers are averages only, and woman often have larger heads (greater intelligence) then males do.
