...made different? There's not one other animal on all the earth that has to cook their food before they eat it, except us.

so isn't that proof? And rare steak doesn't count since its still kinda cooked. And sushi doesn't count either.
well, you couldn't just kill a gazelle and eat it like a lion does.

And Im suuure if you keep eating sushi, raw raw like bears eat it, you'd die quick also.
 
humans can eat raw food. Humans originally cooked food to partially digest for the elderly. People cook today because they want a certain flavor or want to insure there is no harmful bacteria but is not necessary.
 
We don't have to cook our food, we just have a better survival rate, and process it better if we do.

(and a lot of the reason it really needs cooked these days is because 1, animal husbandry has killed out wild game which is less likely to have the diseases we cook to avoid, and 2, agriculture (having many animals in tight place with no roaming) also causes more animals to be in contact with each other making it easier for these parasites to get in the animals we eat...
