government kills Americans? People keep saying --- They are not covered by the AMERICAN Constution because whoever is not an American so they should have no rights at all

Americans are not covered by Iraqi laws --- So is it OK if the Iraqi government torturers Americans and kills them ? Or do you object when it happens -- Why should you object to it when they are in a land that provides no rights for foriegners such as Americans
What is the difference between the statements --
Oh they aren't Americans no rights for them and Oh they aren't Iraqis so what ever you do to them is OK ---?

You know that guy was in Iraq and had no rights under law -- he didn't deserve rights under their system
We don't give them rights and therefore can expect none from others when abroad ????
