Since a womans cycle is 28 days and thats the same cycle of the moon then

couldn't this prove ? That their is a Creator who caused this numerical parallel number to be?
 
No. It is more likely to e a coincidence and nature's tendency to achieve equilibrium. A 28 day cycle for the moon and a 28 day cycle for SOME women is a matter of coincidence. Notice women have their period based on their own biological clock. All women don't have their period at the same time and it certainly is not in sync with the moon or some time frame set by some being.
