So i bought the sims 3 collectors edition, i did sign up with an account with them, and i did everything i was supposed to with my code for the european car, it said on the website everything went through just fine, except it was not in my sims 3 download section.
I tried to code again, to try redownloading it in case there was a problem and its still not there.
So does anyone have a solution for me?
Detailed answers please, i did register and the code did go through fine, it just never showed up in my download section, and im kinda pissed i spent 20 bucks extra mostly for this stupid car, and now i dont have it.

And yeah actually i did check the buy mode of the game to see if the car is there, its not.
I forgot to mention when i tried the code a second time, it then told me my code had already been used so i was out of luck.
Is this happening to everyone im pretty pissed?
Is the car supposed to be in the sims 3 game launcher download section or in that EA download manager? maybe im looking in the wrong download place...
Additionally when i try activating the ea download manager account, which is seperate (im assuming) from the sims 3 download manager, it tells me the code from my game is already used, is the car supposed to be in the ea download manager?
