I found it, it was "Bart the murderer" when Bart is being charged with the murder of Skinner, during the court case Skinner enters and tells the story of how he was trapped under the news papers and escaped. The prosicution asks for his testamony to be stricken from the record and the judge shouts "DENIED"

It has now become an annoying sound bite when ever a Vista error appears (Which is a lot)

I'm trying to find out the nuraber of a particular Simpsons episode or what DVD it might be available on. It's the episode where Bart becomes Nelson's best friend and is done in the style of "The Wonder Years". Nelson also saves Bart from drowning in this episode.
