Simpsons FAQ and Request thread

Wooh, after looking through about four pages, I finally found this thread.

I'm trying to remeraber what episode this came from, but it's a scene where Homer and Lisa were in the car and they seem to be arguing about the radio music. And then Homer says something like, "When I'm driving, we'll listen to what I want. When you're driving, we'll listen to what you want."

And then lo and behold, Lisa is very proficient behind the wheel, listening to a song that annoys Homer. And then Homer wants to switch places again so he can have advantage of the radio.

I'm obviously way too late and I don't think it really matters but since it was never answered, the only episode I could think of is that Krusty Komeback Special (the one with the rival Gabbo) where the family helps Krusty lose weight after he gained so much from those low fat shakes.

It was "The Last Temptation of Homer" from Season 5.

Bart: The beauty of it is, each parking space is a mere one foot narrower. Indistinguishable to the naked eye. But therein lies the game.

Milhouse: I fear to watch, yet I cannot turn away.

Well, it wasn't always that way. In the beginning, their seasons started with episodes prior to the TOH. Then, they started their season premieres later, closer to Halloween. Now they are back to season premieres at the same time as all other fall programs.

Ok, I'm watching "Barting Over" as I post this. I'll let you know if the scene is in there. :)

As for the Ebay link, it's ok as long as it's informational only. Now if I were selling something on Ebay and posted the link, told people to check it out, etc. then that would fall under solicitation.

"No advertisements, chain letters or pyramid schemes are allowed on our forums. Solicitation of any kind, including direct linking to events such as charity auctions, is not permitted unless it’s pre-approved by the Management Team."

Hey i'm a new meraber. I've had a scene in my head off and on for about 2 months now where something happens and martin is talking, then Nelson lunges at him, knocking him down and just starts beating him and slamming him off of the ground. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, I can't remeraber the episode it's out of. Does anyone know?

I'm not in the mood to go looking through my DVRAB but I'm trying to remeraber which episode was it that Bart repainted the parking stalls and the teachers could not get out when they opened the door. It's between season three and five, that's all I know.

Milhouse says something like "I cannot watch, yet I cannot turn away."

There's a snippet where Krabappel and Skinner had parked right next to each other and Krabappel told Skinner off by saying "Why don't you go tell your mama." And Skinner replies "Oh, she'll hear about this."

Just trying to remeraber which episode it was.

Hello Simpson's fans,

I am trying to track down an obscure quote by Marge Simpson for a research paper I am doing.

The quote I am looking for is when Marge Simpson says something like:

"If television has taught us anything, it's that repetition works".

I need to find the exact quote, and the episode nuraber and original air date.

I have searched the web via Google, but have not come up with anything.

I'm hoping the expert fans of the show can point me in the right direction.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.
