Well I'm doing an English project where I need to write some poetry; nothing serious. I'm using what I think is called the ABAB CDCD EE pattern and am having troubles making it flow. It feels like The second B doesn't fit in at all (ABA_) and it seems like it should end there because I feel like each time I end a rhyme, I should end the stanza. Also is there proper structure to have like, can you have different sized stanzas throughout?
