I have a school assignment and strangely enough we have to make a board game or a computer game on a topic of our choosing. I have chosen J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings. I thought I could make a simple game something like Street Fighter. I figured I'd have to make the pictures, but is there a program that I can make this sort of simple computer game with, or can I just find out some simple code on the internet that I can put in to a program to make it? Please help me with this ASAP. 10 points best answer!
