...answers only!? I have a friend who was charged with simple battery, due to slapping her roommate in the face. There was no visible signs of injury. She is unable to attend her court hearing, due to financial needs and living out of state. If she doesn't go to court, she will have a warrant out for her arrest.
She was wondering if this would be a nationwide warrant or a warrant just in the state of IL (in which it took place)?
