Similar clarinet to Buffet E11 for beginning student?

What would be an equivalent clarinet to the E11.My daughter's teacher advised her on getting a Buffet E11 clarinet with a Vandore M15lyre mouth piece and ligature Rovner. I know Yamaha and Selmer also make clarinets. Would these also be a good choice for a beginning student as long they have a Vandore M15lyre mouth piece and ligature Rovner?
