i got every thing i need i got gmax . simcity4 rush hour .
LotEditorInstaller .SC4BATInstaller .SC4Update4BAT.SC4PluginMan.SimCity_4_Building_Architect (its a just a white file and i cant open it idk why .i got it all i just cant seem to mod iam 16 damm 10 year olds are bating makeing ther own lots i just dont get it
