SIM card for Nokia E65

I have a spare unlocked Nokia E65.
I would like to use it as an emergency backup phone.

I would like to buy a SIM card that:
  • Can be used in a Nokia E65.
  • For US domestic calls only.
  • Provides the most minutes for least cost.
  • Has Minutes that are valid for 1 year.
  • Has good coverage.
What would you recommend?
 
Why dont you just go into the phone carrier and purchase the sim card?
I think the question should be what carrier should I go with.
