Silencer Muffler For GM Trucks?

Greetings, I live in Dubai and i have a GMC Sierra Denali and I'm looking for a place were either i can buy a silencer muffler or to customize one for the truck. Or if someone know where the Nissan patrol owners buy their customized muffler from i might get info from the shop were i can find a specialized one for GM Trucks.
