O old know all New member Apr 8, 2011 #2 The hose between the fabric conditioner drawer and the drum is gummed up. Try filling the drawer with hot water and running the fabric conditioner cycle. You may need a few goes. If that doesn't do the job, you'll have to replace the hose.
