siemens s25 wrong software

I have a siemens s25 that displays message "wrong software" and then turns off. Tried to flash with many programs, no response of the phone, like cable disconnected. What I have to check-change?

but... using the siemens original cable or I need a special cable, or just with some modifies?
 
use this..it wont kill your phone... tried and tested on both C25 and S25...........

from v05 until V14 unlock with all25

from v42 until v44 unlock with all26

and phone is working
