Out of the blue our phone stopped working. phone service provider insisted it was our phone. we unplugged it to check what was wrong.. plugged it back in ... and both phones (both are cordless) keeps flashing base.
we followed the instruction manual to register the phones to the base.. but it's not working. it doesn't register.
anyone know why?
