Siemens CX75 phonecode unlock

Besides from the cable, what's the software & detailed steps needed to 'unblock' the phone out of this 'phonecode' ? I can't even use another SIM besides my own, screensaver, etc.

edit: NEVERMIND, i made the change to a better cell phone company without absurd software 'protections'. Bye bye Siemens.
 
Hi,
to unlock the phone code, you need the papua software (example x65papuautilsV104). Go to the "various" tab and click to "5008 Phone Code".
