It's Benq 315 with little different eeprom, Benq 300 ( AKA O2X1i, TCM Tchibo ect... ) is old one brother...

listen !! M300 file from support redbox don't work for your AP75; you must find one siemence-benq Ap75 and read all flache from this phone, and put it in your dead phone ;finaly your probleme is solved , tested by me and work 100% fro 3 dead phone!
