sometimes it turns on and writes battery low!Sometimes when i plug battery power suply Ic become hoter and hoter!In this fone was bridge from 3d pin to "diod"(i dont know this part in english)i removed it
I dont think is half dead... IT IS DEAD. U may try to do the batery trick if it is not recognized by freia, which is posible,.... O the other hand I dont really get what is this bridge... U mean it had a permanent sc as a testpoint? By the way U can try (if last TP step is not Ur case) to perform a full flash. That's all I can tell U. Hope it works.
