sied meiers civilization revolutions for DS help!!!- how to play the game!?

ok, can someone explain me step by step how to play i read the tutorial, but makes no sense, explain moving, building armies and cities, getting gold and resources, and winning.
i've seen others play it and seems really fun so i got it. and remember its for ds! thanks a lot best answer to most helpful.. thanks!
