Sidekick 2008 PV210 Media Player password reset?

hi my cousin just gave me a sidekick that he wasn't using and im trying 2 play the media player music but she doesn't remember the password...it says user name then password or it wont let me play the music....Is there anyway of resetting the password?? thanks
 
do a hard reset of your phone. Push the little hole on near the X key when the screen is tilted, hold that down along with the power button.

u can also take off the back cover and battery and hold W while putting the battery back in
